2009 “Learning Entrepreneurship: A Narrative Approach” (Farquharson, 2009) Paper under review for a special edition of Entrepreneurship and Regional Development (November 2009).  Study explores the use of a pedagogical typology imported from the UK for teaching entrepreneurship in China.  Investigates how Chinese students construct notions of learning from a relational constructionist perspective.

2009 “Is Entrepreneurial Team Member Recruitment Shaped by Type of Entrepreneur and Environmental Context?” (Farquharson, 2009)  European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management: Research in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Conference, Budapest, Hungary. Paper accepted. 

2009 British Academy of Management, Brighton, UK. Paper accepted for conference. “Is Entrepreneurial Team Member Recruitment Shaped by Type of Entrepreneur and Environmental Context?” (Farquharson, Wright and Westhead, 2009). Paper withdrawn.

2009 “Resource Accumulation for Opportunity Identification and Exploitation by Lead Academic and Non-academic Entrepreneurs.” Doctorate awarded.  PhD fully funded by NUBS (UK).
