·         Over 15 years of experience in all phases of the SMEs development, including designing and implementing small business support programs; Project management on a senior level program manager and consultant including project planning administration, human resources and financial management. Professional experience and Management activity

December 2008 – present      director, representative office Winrock in Moldova

  • Provide overall program leadership and manage Moldova Employment and Entrepreneurship Education and Training program activities;
  • Supervise performance of sub-contractors, sub-grantees, and project team; and builds strong collaborative relationships with all project partners;
  • Supervise of internal control procedures and overall administrative systems;
  • Develop scopes of work and contracting mechanisms for local support personnel and short-term technical assistance;
  • Provide supervision, support, and direction to local support personnel and short-term staff;
  • Administer the projects’ financial resources; establish monitoring procedures for financial allocations through grants and sub-grants, ensuring compliance with established Winrock accounting principles and donors regulations;
