1989 – 1990    SNTTA Travel Agency Sharja, United Arab Emirates, tours co-ordinator and set up of new Incoming Tourist Department from scratch

1990                German Consulate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, temporary position

1991 – 1997    Froben Ltd. - Supply of diesel engines to low volume manufacturers and repower world-wide, main customers in Belgium, Holland, Baltic States, Ukraine and South Africa. Financial management, export and import documentations, regulations and all other administration

1992 – 1997    Set up of new company Diesel Baltika in Riga, Latviasupply of automotive components to the Baltic States.

1997 – 1999    Consultant to Purpax Accessories in Wales, German owned manufacturer of audio and visual storage systems. Management consultancy with hands on improvement of administration procedures in offices and shopfloor.

1999 –             Consultant to DBK Technitherm in Wales, German owned manufacturer of heating elements. IT consultancy to improve network set up, implementation of manufacturing software, website creation and management of customer care systems.

2003                Consultant to small businesses to improve IT infrastructures for Carmarthenshire Enterprises

2005 – 2008    Consultant to Energist International, Wales, manufacturer of hair removal equipment. IT consultancy to improve network set up and implementation of manufacturing software for product traceability and conformance with health care regulation.
